咳嗽 不用聽診器也聽到自己肺部有水聲 飲食療法

他自訴咳嗽非常嚴重，很多白色痰，自己聽到自己右肺部有水泡咕咕聲，而且範圍不小，咳嗽好辛苦，好似人哋話咳到甩肺咁，估計如果看西醫的話，一定要服用抗生素一段時間。自己受不了抗生素，肯定會倒下。服用中藥有一定經濟壓力。

小小女中醫師我說：「真是久病成醫，你真的很了解自己。從你的咳嗽聲聽來，聲音很緊，寒則緊，加上白色痰，還自己聽到肺部有咕咕聲，如果看西醫估計應該診斷為肺炎。中藥用小青龍湯，不過你可能買不到成藥。你可以多吃一些熱性食物，薑蔥蒜少不了，如果你吃羊肉的話就多吃些，暫停飲冷水及進食生冷水果蔬菜，應該有效的。」

過了幾天，他說：「吃了羊肉肺部的咕咕聲漸漸減少，感覺有咕咕聲的位置範圍也在縮小，咳嗽和白色痰都減少。」又過了幾天，咳嗽症狀都消失了。

香港人有一句口頭禪 「咳到甩肺」 是真實的。
